Return Process

  Securely pack your Light Phone in its original box, ensuring all cables and documentation are included.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the device, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
